The absence of a fridge in the room is baffling!!! The limited and inappropriate TV channels can leave international tourists frustrated!!! The surrounding area is filthy and noisy, unsettling for those wanting a peaceful stay!!!

This hotel was fantastic, and I give it a 10 out of 10! It was reasonably priced, easy to find (nearest station is Gare du Nord, or the metro station of Port du Saint Ouen is literally 100m away), the breakfast was nice, with baskets of pastries being replenished constantly, nice coffee and a medley of other treats. The hotel is very new, and as such is great, with a wonderfully powerful shower. The room was very clean, and the staff were fantastic. There is a Velib bike station about 30m away and as such we didn't pay to travel at all as it was only a 20 minute ride to all the main attractions.I Would not hesitate to stay here again.
There was nothing I didn't like. The street is lively, but the windows are double glazed and keep most of the noise out. We had no problem sleeping at all.

Loved the super comfy bed and how close the metro was! Staff were super kind, and the breakfast was great 😋. Just wish there were more plug sockets in the room.

The hotel was an amazing base for enjoying a dynamic area, just next door to metro / trams / buses and train station. Loved our absolutely spotless and extremely spacious room with modern bathroom.

just two days before our departure I booked this hotel in a huge rush. I was specifically looking for a family room for me and my four kids at a good location on Paris. How pleasantly we were surprised by the warm welcome, great location twenty steps from the metro and excellent rooms. The windows are double so very quiet and have blind curtains. It was extremely clean and the room offered us everything we needed. The breakfast was very very good and had a big range of all foods including fresh fruits, yoghurt muesli etc but also the fresh croissant. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and not a question was asked too much. I can really recommend this hotel to anybody! Thank you for the great stay. If we could, we would have stayed longer.

A perfect example of misleading marketing! I was dismayed to find only one outlet in my room and one in the bathroom, and how unwelcoming is a kettle that's only in the breakfast area? Suppose I could've accepted that if I'd at least gotten a complimentary bottle of water. But no!

The hotel was easy to locate esp if with gps. It was a little bit far from other Paris destinations but it was okay because the metro is just a few meters away from the hotel. The hotel was also surrounded by a variety of restaurants, convenience stores and pattisseries that is why we were never in want of food at any time of the day. Originally, we were booked for a triple share but there was no room avail on the day we arrived. The manager readily offered us 2 rooms we can use for the same price.
The only complaint I have is that there is no space for toiletries ie soap, shampoo in the shower where one can easily reach for them while bathing but this is just a small concern.

The hotel personel was very helpful and friendly, and the room was always clean. Hotel is newly remodeled.
The room was small as was the bathroom, fortunately we did not come to Paris to hang out in the hotel. This is good for short stay.

The hotel has just opened to service on the second when we stayed, but we booked a month in advance. It was new and clean, good for money. Conviently located near a metro station.
Rooms were a bit small. No family room was available as booked.

I liked staying in the source Hotel. It is a new hotel, so it was clean and affordable. The staf was very nice and very helpfull. We could park our car in the garage nearby for a week for 41 euro. The neighbourhood is very cultural. You could eat very cheap and it was 15 minute walk to Place de Clichy. The breakfast was cheap as well in the Hotel and very good as well.

All staff were very friendly and very much cooperative! Just ask them if you need any help! The hotel location is fine for all who want to see Paris and they do not care about spending additional 15-25 minutes in Metro to reach anywhere in the City. The hotel located in Porte de saint ouen not Saint Ouen so you have to take Metro 13 to this station and you will find yourself opposit the hotel. This is the first time for us to visit Paris and our 5 dayes staying in this hotel help us to know how to reach any place. The friendly staff can give you acurate dirictions to go wherever you want by using the public transportations.
